Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Lessons, Tonight and Sky work without one. An account lets you back up and move between your phone and computer, and join Community, which is for adults.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, or by email. See Delete your account.

How do I get a copy of my data?

In the app: You, then Export my data (phone), or Settings, then Export my data (computer). Or write to us.

How do I report something in Community?

Use Report on the photo, comment or person. Serious reports reach us at once. You can also write to hello@getgloaming.com. See child safety and complaints.

Is my forecast a promise?

No. It is a forecast. Check conditions before you travel, and take care out there in the dark.
